Fire Eel Freshwater 01 Piece (Giant)

 15,000

The Fire Eel has long been a popular species in the aquarium trade. This bottom dweller will grow to have bright red stripes that will help it really stand out. They come from slow-moving rivers in the wild, so the aquarium’s water flow should be gentle and not direct. The Fire Eel will grow to be 3 feet in length and will need enough space. During the day, they will spend their time hiding or buried in the substrate, so sandy substrates and plenty of hiding places are essential. Try feeding them freeze dried brine shrimp or blood worms a few times a week when the tank lights are off since they are nocturnal feeders.
